The company that we are building has a national footprint. However, our corporate strategy is to have centralized management and fabrication in our hometown of Tampa, Florida. As a fully integrated manufacturer, we may source raw materials from outside of our area, but we will provide all of the value-added labor in Tampa. This will allow us to continue to grow our workforce in Tampa. In the last five years, we have purchased a 44,000 sq-ft facility as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment. All of this is domiciled in Tampa.
We feel that the best way for Creative Sign Designs to be a great corporate citizen in Tampa Bay is to be an employer of choice. This means that we must retain and recruit the best workforce in the industry. We feel that we have accomplished this as we have very low turnover rates while our workforce has steadily grown- we have increased our workforce over 20% in the last six months.

- We have a well established employee recognition program which includes monthly employee of the month, annual awards for leadership, sales, potential, etc.
