  • Responsibilities: Provide support to sales and manufacturing, via conceptual drawings and full-construction drawings implementing engineering and sign manufacturing methods. Introducing new and innovative methods of sign construction to improve the product while reducing costs. Involvement in training other artists in new software and sign construction.

  • Career History/Industry Experience: (Allen Industries) Eleven years’ art director and department manager duties include coordinating staff Artists, scheduling work, proofing drawings, customer contact, budgeting, office and production procedures and New Hire education. Twenty six years of signage and site development through design, hands on experience, problem solving, estimating, computer application and being an active team player. Ten years residential design specializing in kitchen application.

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Art Education, State University College of New York at Buffalo; Associate of Arts in Humanities, Jamestown Community College in Jamestown, New York; CAD Courses - St. Petersburg College, St. Petersburg, Florida

  • Fun/Interesting Fact: I am an active member in one of the largest Snow ski clubs in the county and have been the leader of several fun and successful tips to Breckenridge, Steamboat, and Lake Tahoe.
