Community College Signs: Pasco Hernando Community College

Community College Signage
When Pasco-Hernando Community College decided to build a new campus in Spring Hill, Florida, Creative Sign Designs was the natural choice for all exterior and interior signage. Approximately one mile north of County Line Road, the PHCC Spring Hill campus was a much-needed addition, joining its other campuses in Brooksville, Dade City, and New Port Richey.
Creative Sign Designs partnered with Skanska USA Building to design, fabricate, and install new and innovative exterior and interior signs for the 52-acre campus, which includes a maintenance building, chiller plant, and central courtyard. In addition, a 20,000-square-foot library, multi-purpose room, student development and administration building, and two classroom buildings required interchangeable signage to accommodate a population of almost 2,000 students.
Creative Sign Designs provided all of the campus building identification and wayfinding signage services. As the exclusive contemporary representative of the DanSign systems, Creative Sign Designs provided modern solutions for an interchangeable signage system for indoor wayfinding. Simple magnetic devices allow for flexibility when locking and fixating the signs. Exterior signs for all seven buildings of the campus, fabricated by Creative Sign Designs, were aluminum constructed with updateable graphic panels to accommodate for future growth.
