The Graham Group, Inc. is a full-service real estate firm specializing in developing and managing medical office buildings. The Graham Group has developed more than four million square feet of medical office space for a variety of healthcare clients across the nation. In August of 2009, they announced the opening of the BayCare Outpatient Center in Westchase, Florida. Construction began on the project in early summer 2008. The BayCare Outpatient Center is a four-story, 55,000 square-foot medical office building. The Graham Group developed, owns and manages the new building, affiliated with the BayCare hospital system.
The client contracted Creative Sign Designs to work partner with their interior designer to choose laminates that could be incorporated into the ADA interior signage, interior suite, wayfinding and directory medical office signage. It was important to the client that the design created was easily updateable for future tenant changes. We created custom ADA compliant signs and an overall medical office signage system using interior laminates with paper inserts that the client can print themselves and update as needed. This solution has enabled them to have practial medical office building signs that give a very sophisticated look which matches the décor. Creative Sign Designs also worked directly with the future anchor tenant of the building for exterior building identification signage in the form of illuminated channel letters for the Baycare logo, building address signage, clearance signs and exterior directional wayfinding monument signs. Finally, we assisted the Graham Group with light pole advertising banners to ensure the remaining lease space available was quickly negotiated with new tenants.
