Creative Sign Designs partnered with the Diagnostic Clinic in the openign of its $32 million medical office building in December 2009. The 155,000-square-foot, six-floor building houses nearly 100 physicians and other health care providers employed by Diagnostic Clinic, a multi-specialty practice that serves more than 400,000 patient visits a year. We worked closely with both parties of the joint venture between physician owners of Diagnostic Clinic and The Greenfield Group, a medical real estate development firm based in Boca Raton, to handle both the core and tenant
doctors office signage for the building.
The new building is designed for efficiencies and to provide the feeling of a small physician’s office, despite its size. This created a unique
wayfinding signage challenge which was solved by our recommended modular
healthcare signage system. This provides for easy updatability and color coding on the various floors. There’s a massive central check-in desk on the first floor, which required
healthcare signage accompanied by a concierge service to register patients, schedule imaging procedures and handle financial issues. The atmosphere shifts on the patient care floors, which are designed with four individual doctors’ offices clustered around nursing stations. As patients get further into the building, the space gets more personalized thus we created
doctors office signs which help visitors navigate their way back to the main elevators and exits to the attached parking garage.
Healthcare signage for this project included
ADA interior signage, directories for each level, wall, flag and overhead directional’s, department identification vinyl graphics,
dimensional letters, and various custom signage to meet the unique needs of the facility.
