Located adjacent to both the Bayfront Medical Center and the new All Children’s Hospital, the Bayfront Heart Center and Medical Office Building is a four story, 109,000 square foot offering the best in quality, convenience and location. Tenants include multiple physician groups as well as retail space on the first floor. Optimal Outcomes chose Creative Sign Designs to partner on this very large medical signs project due to our in house design and fabrication capabilities for all ADA sigange, exterior wayfinding and custom business signs.
Optimal Outcomes was looking for a one stop shop that had the expertise to quickly execute on this extensive medical signs project using an upscale laminate based design with aluminum accents that also had features for easy updatability. We worked closely and quickly to tackle this project with flawless execution. In the end, we delivered a very sophisticated medical office sign system that enhances the design elements in the facility and can be updated as tenants change and space is further occupied. For the exterior signage, we worked closely with the client taking them through the permitting process on two occasions, one for the main Bayboro outdoor illuminated signs and then a few months later when the James Family became the key donor for the Bayfront Heart Hospital. Both sets of illuminated buisness signs on the building create a dramatic view at night on this building within the St. Petersburg medical district.
