Custom-Made Apartment Building Signs
Investor’s Realty and Park Square Homes share an entryway to their upscale, resort-style communities in the Kissimmee, FL area. The communities are set back nicely from Hwy 192 which provides privacy and security to the residents but the disadvantage is visibility for marketing purposes. There was an existing pylon sign structure 50’ high at the main entrance that was 20+ years old. The structure did not represent the luxury of the community but was grandfathered in and could not be replaced with a sign equal in stature.
Creative Sign Designs was consulted and ultimately employed to retrofit the existing sign in order to change the appearance without removing the structure. While working closely with the municipality, we determined that we could wrap the 50’ steel pole with a new cover that had architectural features which would complement the architecture of the two communities. We refurbished the existing sign cabinet and re-engineered the cabinet to support a double-sided LED message center that is 25’ in length. The end result is a Mediterranean styled entry sign with beautiful color display.
