The Mallory Square Apartment Home community is located some 424 miles away from the world renowned landmark in Key West where people from all over the world gather every day to watch the breathtaking Florida sunsets. The developers of Mallory Square Apartment Homes wanted to bring the artisan look and relaxing feel of Key West to Tampa and did just that by maintaining the natural landscape and applying the distinct Key West style architecture to this luxury apartment community.
Creative Sign Designs was approached to develop a signage program that complimented the architecture while providing clear direction to over 10,000 residents and guests a day. Elements of the program would include wayfinding design, information, and custom ADA compliant signs pertaining to amenities, nature trails, water ways and residential buildings. What emerged was a clean design that captured the form of Southern Florida architecture while maintaining perfect function.
