Seminole State College Partnership Center

Seminole State College's Sanford/Lake Mary Campus is centrally located in Seminole County on 280 acres. The campus features more than 840,000 square feet of well-equipped learning facilities to empower students as they earn their degree. Seminole State College's Sanford/Lake Mary Campus, the College's first and largest campus, is being transformed by an $85 million construction and renovation campaign. The cornerstone of the makeover is the $30 million, four-story Partnership Center, which is was built next to building A. The 100,000-square-foot facility will enhance educational opportunities for residents of Seminole County and strengthen Seminole State's partnership with the University of Central Florida, the region's leading university, by providing a base for UCF classes and student services.
Creative Sign Designs partnered with Balfour Beatty Construction to provide all the interior ADA and Wayfinding signs for the building and the exterior signage to indentify the joint partnership between SSC and UCF. A unique dedication plaque and dimensional letters were also used to enhance the new facility. We also provided a custom designed Trustee Wall to reflect and honor the past Trustees and Presidents that have served the campus over the years in addition to providing space for future recognition. Creative Sign Designs worked closely with the school to design a wall that would incorporate the design elements of the building and properly reflect the school’s growth by incorporating all the school logo’s since its inception.
