In 2009, Altman introduced a distinctive new luxury community in the heart of Lakeside Village at Altis at Lakes of Windermere. This community features a beautiful resort-style pool and spa with an outdoor fireplace and barbecue area for entertaining and the units include unique floor plans which boast a blend of interior features found in new contemporary designs.
Creative Sign Designs worked closely with the corporate office in North Carolina to create a distinctive, upscale design that would showcase this community utilizing a blend of Staron and Photopolymer and decorative aluminum castings to create a truly contemporary design for the interior and exterior amenities, building identification, regulatory signs, wayfinding and streetscape in this community. Gorgeous black and white materials were used to create a unique look to enhance the brand and logo and to accentuate natural elements such as expansive views and abundant sunlight around the swimming pool, clubhouse and tennis courts which supply endless opportunities for tranquil recreation as well as fun family time. This features only one of the many projects we have completed with Altman companies which has developed and built more than 16,000 apartment and condominium residences throughout the United States.
